Regional representation, nationwide influence

HIPS participation is by invitation only. Membership is limited to the Council of 33 and is free of charge for the duration of the term. Admission to all HIPS-related events are paid for by HIPS, a non-profit 501c3, and includes airfare, hotel, food, transportation, and any associated attendance costs.
